Jack's - Moundville

Just horrible! Was going because the breakfast was descent so I decided to try some chicken and sides. The green beans were so salty it was horrible. The gravy looked like alpo dog food. The employees put the gravy container inside of my 10 piece chicken box so when I get home the gravy is all poured over my chicken.

Jacks was suppose to close at 11 on a Saturday night. I came at 7 to order to order chicken for 5 people. Told me they couldn?t give me a 20 pice chicken finger or nugget because they were not gonna be cooking anymore chicken and they were open another 4 hours. This place is a joke

I must admit, the bad reviews almost kept me from trying this place out. I found out that as it goes with most things reviewed on the internet, people are more likely to complain than leave a review of praise. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this Jack's. The food was very fresh and tasty. The staff phenomenal. I will be coming back next time I'm driving through Moundville and find myself hungry for some quick and delicious comfort food.

I go here because I can get a grilled chicken plate and green beans to be on the plan of the diet style that I'm eating now. The grilled chicken is always good. I'll beat it at several different jacks

I gave Jacks two stars very generously simply because the food is good. What makes the Hwy 69 South Location in Tuscaloosa and the Moundville, AL locations barely worthy of two stars is their staff. Of all the places to eat in Moundville and Tuscaloosa, I?ve never had such a difficult time placing an order (mostly drive thru) and getting it wrong most of the time than I have had from Jacks. Also the fact that the staff at the window obviously feel they have better things to
