Pimpão - Mortagua

We love this restaurant for it’s wonderful Chanfana and Cabrito. (Cabrito is the Sunday special). It’s a family run restaurant. The decor is pretty dated but the service is prompt and very friendly, and the quality of food is great. Proper traditional Portuguese style home cooking. We always ask for batata courada to accompany the Chanfana instead of the traditional boiled potatoes as they are sooo good. All food is available as a takeaway too.
