Restaurant Pizzateria - Mont-Tremblant

The server was very knowledgeable about gluten free options and which items on the menu I should be cautious about and made recommendations on items other celiacs have ordered. The pizza was extremely good I got the vegitarian deluxe and the pizza does come in a circle shape instead of a square shape to indicate that its gluten free dough. Will definitely return if I ever get the chance again!

When asked the server about glutenfree and cross contamination, they explained that its not a dedicated glutenfree kitchen and while they take measures to prevent cross contamination that there is a risk. I ordered pizza with glutenfree crust and it was amazing with no gluten reactions! I will certainly return here in future.

I called ahead and asked about cross contamination risk the gave me the regular spiel that they can not guarantee no cross contamination (as does every restaurant that serves gluten containing food) but that they make every effort to avoid it if asked. Spoke with the server who said the same thing. Had a great pizza and didnt get sick! Would definitely go again.

Unfortunately, this restaurant is not celiac safe. When asked, they informed us that the gluten free pizza is prepared on the same surfaces as the regular pizza. As a result, we did not eat here.
