Cook Out - Money

OK I have only been twice but each time I ordered a cheeseburger all the way.. that's it...Let me tell you it was great..like a homemade crafted burger. I have no complaints. I will go back. Yes much better than a quarter pounder or Hardee's. Honest. Recommended.

There have been countless times my husband and I have been through the drive thru to get our food. 90% of the time, they ALWAYS SCREW IT UP. Today we went and my husband ordered his usual. His: tray w/ a big double burger with ONLY bacon, ketchup, cheese. And two corn dogs. My husband got mustard and mayo on his burger that HE DID NOT REQUEST.Mine: Jr. Tray with a CHEESE QUESADILLA and two corn dogs.Usually with my mine they put chicken on my quesadilla. (That's where they screwed up.)But today who ever was running the drive thru was rushing our order and put onion rings instead of corn dogs. The kitchen does not pay attention to orders at allOn a side note, I've been inside the restaurant and have seen the floor extremely messy, and I've seen ants crawling on the tables.

We have been here twice. Both times the young black woman that runs the register was extremely miserable and unprofessional as they come. Telling me that I didn't blatantly tell her that I wanted something that I did. I was not being rude I work in the food industry also. For it to be a Christian atmosphere they sure do need train there employees kind courteous customer service.

Food was good and hot. Service was fast and courteous. For the first time since I have been patronizing this business the shift manager came out to the dining room and asked the patrons How was the food and they needed anything else .

Why ask what I want on my burger if you're not gonna put it on there?
