Gunnebo Palace And Gardens - Moelndal

Gunnebo slött (Gunnebo Castle) is a castle located outside Gothenburg between Mölndal and Pixbo in Sweden. It's in the middle of the forest. The castle consists of a house with beautiful architecture, which in the 18th It was built century, a restaurant, a stable, a shop and some gardens of fresh vegetables. I don't have much to say since it's winter. It is a beautiful place to take a walk in winter with many roads and trails. But you will visit it during spring or summer to get the real wow feeling. It's so beautiful with all the flowers and trees. I'll continue this next time I visit and take some photos.

Nice little restaurant next to the castle. It was very delicious. After that or before you can walk through the park.

Only saw the grounds but that alone was well worth it, as well as the excellent bakery which is a step above. The grounds are so beautifully kept and preserved, the gardens are magnificent. Make sure to catch the massive old oak trees, a rarity in this part of Sweden. Ask a guide.
