The fried chicken at this restaurant is fantastic, although sometimes they don't change the oil quickly enough. It's definitely better than KFC. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. They also serve large portions of gravy and cookies.

The Tuesday 2-piece Chicken Deal at this restaurant is an excellent value at just $3.49. You can also add on fries for $1.29. The chicken has a super crispy coating and tender, hot meat inside. While it may not be the healthiest option, it is definitely worth indulging in for a delicious treat.

I ordered 3 pieces of spicy chicken with a biscuit and a drink, which cost a total of $8.56 including taxes. The service was fast and the hot chicken was excellent. Despite being busy, I didn't encounter any issues.

We visited this site today and experienced the worst customer service of my life. First they forgot to include an item from our order and the other order that it contained was the wrong one. That's why we had to make another trip... back to this place. Once we got their manager, the manager offered no refund or any compensation for their mistake. We waited for the order and came home because we were hungry and wanted to deal with the situation later. When we came home, I made a phone call to the manager and explained how we expected a higher customer service. When I spoke politely to him, he lifted his voice and questioned my authority. He said no other compensation was possible and didn't want to talk to me. In any restaurant or fast food place to which you go, they promise that if there is an error with the order, then it is up to the customer, what kind of compensation they usually want that there is a refund and apology. Popeyes is a fast food restaurant, and that means that customers get their food quickly without mistake. We should not have to make two trips, waited for food for more than one hour, and then treated with insane rude service (especially from a manager). I would never recommend this place! There is a better location in Mississauga on 325 Central Parkway. Your service is better and they never made a mistake! I hope this evaluation helps so that no one experiences such useless problems only for food (for which you pay).

This location was just expanded to triple the seating area. Nice, clean take out/ eat in space. Tuesday 2 pc chicken special $3.29 is great value for juicy, crunchy, spicy, fried chicken. Add fries or a drink for an extra $1.25 each. Will definitely...return.
