Mission Beach Resort Bistro

After a 2-week stay in Marseille, I was searching for a great way to finish off my trip. I decided to visit this restaurant and it turned out to be the perfect choice for a memorable ending.

We arrived on a beautiful winter day and were able to dine outside. We all enjoyed various types of local fish (sea bass, bream, fish soup). Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The food was just okay, nothing special. The service was below average, with staff appearing overworked or unsure of their duties. The dinner menu was limited and not very exciting. The breakfast buffet was average, but the coffee was terrible. The bar service was initially slow because there weren't enough staff. The management should work on improving staffing, especially when large groups are expected. I probably wouldn't dine here again unless there were no other options. Cooking our own meals on the resort barbecues would be a better choice for those staying at the resort.

Called in for lunch has the crayfish mornay special which was great, partner had the pork ribs which he also said were great. Meals came out in good time and the service was friendly and quick.

We called Mission Beach Resort phone number 07 40888288 from 6.15pm to 7.10pm continuously, for a courtesy bus pickup = no answer. They much be far too busy to answer the phone or whatever, they lost out on our business. Disgusting service for a holiday area, there should be no reason for this to happen
