Bidrage med feedbackI loved the numerous healthy and delicious options available at this gem in Middletown. I tried the Chesapeake pizza, but the daily specials provided many options to choose from no matter what you're craving for dinner that day. The wine list also included many local and international varieties to try along with your meal. Megan was really friendly and gave us great service. Parking is behind the building, which makes this restaurant a convenient choice.
Tapia's has a wonderful outdoor patio setting and indoor rustic look. Their food was delicious haddock stuffed with crab on risotto, peas and carrots topped with a glass of Harbor wine Moscato what a mouth watering dish. It's handicap accessible and the waiter Avery was so courteous and attentive. I give them a 5 star review. They have put Middletown MD a place to bring your family and friends for a meal worth good conversation.
This was the second time my daughter and I dined in here but sadly won't be returning. I had an Argula salad and the filet with crab on top. Oh and a piece of Key Lime Pie. My food was Aaamazing. Oh and our sweet Waitress was great (sorry I can't recall her name but I know she was new). Unfortunately, my daughter's dinner of spaghetti a day meatballs was awful. The sauce seriously had no flavor and the meatballs were like mushy. It was wierd. The manager came over acted like we had personally attacked him bc he was the one who made the sauce. He was rude talking over both of us. In this field you to be able to take constructive criticism gracefully! I even told him how wonderful my food was several times. He made it known he didn't care what we had to say or how we felt. So sorry.....there are plenty of other places in M-Town who appreciate our family dining in their restaurant ....so Tapia's we won't be back.
This is an incredible place to have a great meal! The white wine sauce was phenomenal! My wife and I ordered a pizza as an appetizer and it reminded me of how pizza was in Europe when I lived there. The scallops, shrimp and mussels were all cooked perfectly and the wait staff was friendly and awesome! I will be returning here often and recommend to others. Friendly reminder to people out there, be friendly to the wait staff and have a little patience..servers are working hard during these crazy times : Thanks again for the great evening and we will be back!
Just okay. Starting off, the crab dip had a nice flavor, but was largely devoid of any actual crab. The garlic bread was cooked nicely, but was essentially just a dollop of butter in the middle of each slice. The shrimp Alfredo was largely bland, the Antonio's salad was oddly presented as essentially a salad with chicken tenders, and the shrimp scampi was an unusual preparation that also had some loose pieces of rigatoni floating in it. The service was good; we went around 5 p.m. on a Friday night and inside was mostly empty, with the patio at about a quarter capacity.
