Fratelli's Italian Seafood - Middletown

Our server, Maggie, was absolutely wonderful! She explained the specials and came back often to check on us. My husband and I both had the crab cakes. They are huge!! 10 oz each and the best I've ever had. We ended up taking home leftovers. This was our first time here (we live almost an hour away) and certainly won't be our last. I look forward to trying some of the pasta dishes and the tiramisu (I was too full to order it this time)

I was blown away mostly by the service in the establishment. Myself having managed restaurants in the past it was great to see such a team effort on all of the employees. We had one server but it didn't matter which employee walked past as they would take away plates, ask if you needed another drink, ask us how everything is going, boxed up anything we were taking with us and bagged it up. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. The food was amazing and I don't think you could go wrong with ordering anything on the menu. Fantastic!!!

One word; QUALITY. This was my wife and I first time at Fratelli's and it has become our top 5 restaurants. We heard good things about this restaurant, and everytime we do a date night we kept forgetting about this place. That changed tonight. It was worth the wait, periodmWe ordered the crab dip, the seafood platter, and the seafood pizza. All tasted like 5 stars. Quality, Quality and Quality. This is the place that Olive Garden aspires to be.The service was barnone. Our waitress, Maggie, just added to the pleasant experience: she was super kind and attentive. The place was packed but our food came out in a steady fast pace.The portions are huge, we definitely have leftovers for tomorrow. The atmosphere is nice, kind of a open.We left very pleased and satisfied, knowing that we will be coming back much more frequently.As I type this, I have a cheesecake to go, that to my understanding, the owner makes, I'm sure it's going to be great, if the food we just had is any indication.We just found a new favorite restaurant. Yes, it is on the pricey side, but the quality is high up there as well as service. Besides, we have lunch and dinner for tomorrow; the price is justified.

Everyone in our party enjoyed their order accept me. I am picky with Italian food as I grew up in Europe eating authentic meals with much of my time in Italy. My entree was over salted and very greasy. The atmosphere is a little bit loud and reminded me of modern Olive Garden. The atmosphere of the restaurant was not Italian and I felt pushed through the dining experience, like getting there, seated, eat pay, now get out! I have nothing against those Olive Garden or Fratelli’s food dining establishments but for me it’s not the Italian dining experience. The service was very nice and friendly but seemed overwhelmed.

Wow very yummy and nice Big Papa portions. I knew when the house salad came it was time to “Fasten your seatbelt and enjoy the ride” or in this case loosen that bad boy. When the entree arrived (pork shank) I think I accidentally tinkled. So good you won’t be disappointed. Forgot to take picture of dinner entree. Think I got dizzy lol.Food: 5/5
