Middleton BBQ recently catered our company party, and the food was absolutely amazing! Although we had fewer guests than Brian typically accommodates, he truly went above and beyond for us. Within the first hour of the event, we devoured 4.5 pounds of the sliced beef brisket! Brian's homemade Alabama White Sauce is phenomenal—it's so good that I've even dreamed about it! Seriously, it’s that delicious!

We chose a menu that included brisket, chicken, mac 'n cheese, watermelon, salad, and cookies. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the brisket, chicken, and mac 'n cheese, claiming it was some of the best they’ve ever had. The food was absolutely fantastic!
