I truly believe that the staff at this restaurant are some of the kindest people you'll ever meet. While there can be a wait if they're short-staffed, it never bothers me. The food is decent, but the warmth and friendliness of the staff really enhance the experience. I've never had a negative visit here. If you don't mind a little wait, it's definitely worth it. I always leave with a big smile on my face.

I ordered some delicious curly fries and a water through the drive-thru today, and the man who assisted me was incredibly friendly. He even ensured that I received fresh curly fries without me even having to ask! You can't get better customer service than that!

I ordered my food, and they were in a hurry, so I ended up with the wrong order. When I called to let them know, they told me to come back to get my correct meal. The girl with the cast on her right arm was really friendly and helpful! Hit me up on Snapchat if you want to hang out, Carlos.m1.

The staff seemed to have minimal training and didn't understand what extra pickles meant. They also struggled with how to prepare a mushroom and Swiss burger. The ketchup was diluted and not enjoyable. It's unfortunate because this used to be a great place. I would rather do anything else than eat here again.
