Mcdonald's - Middleburg

Aa near a 5 star McDonald's as it gets! People are always friendly, the food is always fresh, and our order is really 99.9% of time! I've knocked a star because it's a fast food place, so they may take longer than they should (but that means our food is fresh! and rarely get a job wrong or forget something. But I think these McDonalds are the best here!

I called to make a pickup order and the employee wouldn't accept my order. I just said there was an app for it. I did not ask for orders many times before any problem.

Waited several minutes to place my order.i was the only one at the time placing the order.got my order had to tell the employee several times about my drink order and even ask for a drink carier.1 cheese burger happy meal with chocolate milk no#1 large size a no#9 large size with a diet Coke and a large french fries and a large coke no ice took 15 minutes to get the order it was placed inside.they even forgot the straws for the drink

The order was wrong. My husband and son were fine because the drive-thru was crazy busy. They didn't get the order right. After he was confronted by the screw in the restaurant, the crew girl ran out of the restaurant after my husband had repaired it immediately! Even though I didn't get my food after a second attempt, we've never seen an employee who repaired an order after a customer. Kuddos to her for it!
