Firehouse Subs Middleburg

The food is great, but the service is quite slow. I'm not sure if it's due to the staff or the system they have in place. They could use a bit of improvement in this area.

I used to order the same sub here frequently because I really love it, but finding hair in my food is completely unacceptable! The establishment could benefit from being cleaner, and I believe staff should wear nets or plastic hair covers while preparing food.

Walked in and ordered 2 meatball subs (both the same) and 8 meatballs in a bowl. Received the order and went home. Looked in the bag to find only 1 sub and the meatballs in a bowl. This restaurant has left a lot to be desired. The service is quite poor, as they often disregard simple instructions. Additionally, there are several high school staff members who seem more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers, which results in long wait times.
