Uncle Rays Kitchen - Middle Island

General tsos was crispy and fresh and delicious, crab Rangoon and Shanghai spring rolls were probably the best I've had (lots of places don't cook them right), scallion pancakes were super hot and fresh delicious also. But the beef fried rice wasn't great, beef was grey, unappetizing. I'm giving it 5 stars total because everything else was amazing and it overpowers the bad rice. Best Chinese restaurant in Suffolk county!

Seriously, the best Chinese food in Middle Island. So far I had the pork lo main pork egg foo young, the pork fried rice was just okay. But the other 2 dinners were absolutely delicious. They gained a new customer. I give this place a AAA

Great tasting food. Orange chicken and the general tso chicken with fried rice was amazing

Had dinner delivered tonight. Love the food! The combo plates were excellent, special instructions were followed for my veg. lomein veg. fried rice. It was perfect! IMO, the combo plate was an A+ My dad also loved his pepper steak combo. My only very minor complaint with this restaurant is that they don't have plain lobster sauce on the grubhub menu. I will still order from here again unless we need plain lobster sauce. Overall, it is my opinion that this is the best Chinese place around.
