Wingstop - Mesa

It turned out that they had forgotten our order completely. After a while, someone came back and started asking the kitchen staff about our food. It really shouldn’t have been that hard. As for the sandwich, it was just okay. My son tried the honey hot version and said he couldn’t taste any honey, just heat. The bun was pretty tough. The fries were ready but overly salty. However, he did really like the ranch dressing, calling it the best he’s ever had. He had lemonade and Sprite as drinks but said they weren’t great—there was something off about the Sprite. I wanted to grab some ketchup, but the dispenser was broken. The place didn’t have any trash cans for customers, so the tables were a mess and clearly needed cleaning. I’ve never been to a Wingstop before, and after this experience, I don’t plan to return. The price was reasonable, $8.49 for the meal, but it would have been perfect if the food had been prepared properly and tasted better.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited 45 minutes for just 10 chicken wings with a set. It seems the staff working on September 3rd need to improve their service.

I really enjoy hot and spicy wings, and even though Wingstop doesn’t offer the original Buffalo hot flavor, I always go for the Buffalo wings because they are incredibly delicious. I love experiencing the heat in the flavor. The buffalo sauce is absolutely perfect; I just wish it had a bit more heat without altering the taste. I always order them extra crispy and they’re always just right. I'm hooked!

Absolutely terrible service. waits for over 30 minutes for a 10 peice wing and pommes. are served only to cold fries and wings. absolutely müll. I buy my money to atl wings from now on
