Bidrage med feedbackOur waitress Alma was fantastic, brought our food quickly, made sure we had everything we needed and checked back often. Another waitress, however, was randomly yelling out and making sudden noises like she was mentally ill, as she paced back and forth behind the counter and did nothing more than cause a disruption to everyone in the restaurant. Management should be aware that her antics are unacceptable and will cause diners to not return. It's a shame she ruins it for others like Alma, who work hard taking care of customers.
The food didn't sit right after eating here This coupled with the not so pleasant staff and the freezing cold air blowing on us doesn't make for a good memory. We chose this place for the nostalgia of the name and now it would take a lot of convincing to go back. Sorry Waffle House! We are open to trying another location sometime!
I have never been treated in my life as if I had a piece of chewing gum on someone's shoe until the manager I think Alexa treated me and my wife like we were absolute müll and all because I mentioned my order incorrectly I was called a lügner and a few others that I did not mention in this contribution. better management training is obviously necessary as they never treat a customer as they treat us
My hubby is out of the south and we live in washington, so of course we had to go to the waffelhaus. it was wonderful.
My two daughters grew up and I had a great experience. we were in the mood for geese so good and our server was so pleasant, although it was very busy. I think she was woman moo at the location higley and mckellips. food: 5/5
