Starbucks Coffee - Mesa

This Starbucks has some of the most friendly staff on the planet. Through the pandemic, those who work the drive thru cash register for the person who work the window, they are simply the best in customer service. There are allies of companies that could learn from them how a good customer service looks. I know that their training comes from the manager so that he/she is on the attitude of these great employees who act as they really care about you as a customer. The quality of the products speaks for itself, but this location has not only that, but high-quality employees!

Do you trust me if I say these best starbucks in this area, but how do I have to scream my order that it has repeated to me, then you come into the window to hand over a completely different drink that I did not order? And then it's suddenly my fault.? I'm pretty sure the neighbors in Maulbeere heard me. I'm still anointed that in the last two months it feels like you literally shut off the inside and that's my safe port and I feel like I've been robbed. I don't like drinking coffee, I'm my car alone.

This is a great Starbucks, Top 10 in the area of Phoenix-Mesa. It is smaller than the average, but has a great Barista staff (exit to Adam and Ethan). You always get my order right and it is a pleasant atmosphere with longer hours 4:30a-9pm Very recommended SB.

Ethan was a great employee! He offered to call his first born child after me! He was extremely personal and went beyond and beyond when I made the most complex order known to man. I've met NIE to work so hard.

We came through for a free birthday drink, the day after my fiancée’s birthday. Old policy was a free drink redeemable within a month. New policy is the day of. We missed the day. But the Manager/Barista whom assisted us, Derek, still honored the previous special! He even recommended a great place for birthday dinner! This is one of the many reasons we go out of our way to come to this particular Starbucks. We’ve had issues with other storefronts, but literally zero with this one. They always go above and beyond, even during peak hours. Thank you SO much, Derek. You made her day!
