Starbucks - Mesa

On my birthday 2/9 and the personal was just so brilliant! friendly, positiw, energetic. I helped me to celebrate a creative drink and even stayed a few minutes after the close to me to gather my things. new favorite shop!

Christopher helped me this morning and he was such an amazing help! They were out of the option I always get for food but he suggested something else to fit my dietary needs and my goodness did he exceed! Thanks again Chris for being great! I’ll come back to this location for you!

Stole the money off my gift cardand never got my drink as ordered! The service was terrible! I'm not going Starbucks anymore, I'm going for black rifle coffee company! Black Rifle Coffee Company is much better than Starbucks!

This is my favorite neighborhood Starbucks! Today the drive-thru line was pretty long, and multiple cold drinks were out of stock. The customer service is excellent as always, they make a point to appreciate customers' patient waiting in line.
