Pita Island - Mesa

Just eat here and it is wonderful, fresh and delicious! My husband was once and had a gyro and loved him. We had Pitas today. Can't wait to go back to try anything else. Carrie was our server and John is the owner. Great food, great service, clean and relaxing atmosphere.

The food here is delicious and cheap. The tzatski sauce is amazing, we love to immerse our frits in it! Mike and John are so friendly and are always so sweet for my children! Carrie served in the afternoon and is a pleasure! Also love that it is a family business and closed Sunday. Pita Island is a wonderful addition to NE Mesa and we hope to visit this restaurant for many years.

I've eaten at least 10 times here and really love the food. I never had anything bad. The Gyro meat is wonderful, the humus is top notch and so is the baba ganoush! The atmosphere is great, and I just wish that more people would find this place and try it out.

We went there the first week it opened. We were there at least once every two weeks or more. As a vegetarian, I can tell you that his falafel is heavenly light and tasty. I always get extra tzatziki sauce as he makes it home every day. I can't say enough good things and agree that it's the best gros in town!

Amazing. Great gyro, great hummus, great fries, great service, pretty awesome space, huge. They are going to start a pizza program soon which I cant wait for. Owners are awesome, people are really nice.
