Moose Bear American Grill Pub - Mesa

I went on 7/13/18 and met up with my kids for some drinks (They are adults) The waitress was friendly but slower than molasses. It took forever to get a drink and the food took forever to arrive. I loved the atmosphere, just wish they had better service. The food was pretty good for bar food. I would have been hustling that place, it was pretty busy and could have pulled in some good tips.

This was their soft opening day. Drink prices were a little high. Food prices were high. $11.00 for the meatloaf dinner! $11.00 for their hatch burger if you got lettuce and tomato with it. They had 1 server who was also working the bar. The wait staff was very friendly. There was quite a wait for the food. One of us was served after about 15 minutes, but the rest of us waited about another 15 minutes. I would like to go back after they 've settled in to their routines and lower the prices for food.

The owner's daughter was nice. Brittany, I think. The food was okay. I have the BBQ Burger. The selection of beers was small and no smoke cushion. 4 stars because the Brittany was so cold. I want to try it again and then update it.

Newly opened and decided to check it out. The decor is interesting and impressive moose behind the bar. Had a Margarita which was good. Not impressed with food menu. Burgers and fried food mostly. Burger had little flavor and the cheese sticks were just ok.

Sunday evening, first time. Really pleasant atmosphere, sincere and attentive staff. I got the Meatloaf... Wow, that was amazing! Burgers and App Combo were also fantastic. The bartender even whipped a Shirley temple for my little one. We look forward to our next meal.
