Bidrage med feedbackI loved the place. I heard from many people that this place was golden. a great little nut n pop type place, no scorching frills, but eating that tastes like oma cooked it for her! great coffee, great service, friend personal, neighboring restaurant, professional, much parking and easy to find. my favorite is that at 6:00 a.m. they do not open 7 or 8 that is super per se! I would like to take a minute to personally thank the owner and the staff that he has a great place to merge and coffee and great eating with daily specialties! it's great to have a place to go on a regular basis. Keep going.
Food was decent, my husband liked my food more than his, priced kind of like most restaurants these days when you go out to eat. It is very small and homey, but it reminds of of a lot of hole-in-the-wall diners I grew up going to. My brother in law says he recommends the biscuits and gravy!
I have heard from a dozen or so people that this place had great food, they were correct. Also the only place nearby that opens for service before 7 or 8 am They open at 6 am] A small family style restaurant, with daily specials and dynamite food, tasted like my grandma No longer with us] made it fresh, and I'm picky. A no frills, non fancy home town place to eat. Mikey's is open Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue 6 am till 2 pm , Wed, Thurs, Fri 6 am till 7 pm. My breakfast was so good I can't wait to try dinner sometime, I'll certainly be back. I'd highly recommend this neighborhood restaurant to anyone interested in good food and great coffee. I'd also like to thank the staff waitress staff, kitchen staff and cook] for a delicious meal and great coffee and attention to detail. Rick
The food was tasty. My vegetable omelet was very unusual, I expected a few vegetables in an omelet. Instead, it was a lot of vegetables in a little omelet. Carrots, broccoli and I can't remember what else. It did taste good, but was also overwhelming. Thank you Mikey's, for a unique experience.
Visited with Family in Arizona and wanted to try a new place to eat. I found this place and gave it a chance. It is very much a locals place. Seat yourself. People seemed to know each other, maybe regulars. We were assisted nicely and informed to sit anywhere. It did take some time for food order to arrive, as we saw some others get their orders before ours. I did enjoy my meal other than this but the Denver omelet was greasy and did not sit well. Maybe it was a bad choice that day. All in all, if you are not in a rush and not picky about the surrounding area (old strip mall setting), give it a try for yourself. This was also over 4th of July holiday weekend and with staffing in restaurants being difficult right now in 2022, I am remaini g open minded.
