Bidrage med feedbackI ordered the hatch green chili cheeseburger along with chili cheese fries. However, I received cheese fries without the chili, and the bun on my burger was completely soggy. It was so bad that I couldn’t eat it, so I ended up just having the meat and the seasoning, while discarding the bun. I was really disappointed with my experience, especially since I had been looking forward to eating here. I believe the issues were the fault of the kitchen staff, not the woman at the counter. I think it’s essential for the food to be properly reviewed before serving; this is something I learned from working in the industry for 20 years. If improvements aren't made, restaurants risk losing customers, which is a shame because they could gain more if they paid attention to these details. Wishing them better luck in the future!
The staff here is incredibly friendly, and the food arrives promptly. The interior decor has a nostalgic diner vibe that I really love. The dishes are well-seasoned, and the burgers are delicious as well. I will definitely be returning!
Had a green hatch chili combo, burger was juicy and fries seasoned perfectly. It is a little short-staffed, but the signs let ya know ahead of time, so be patient when you go here, the food is worth it.
Fries were cold and super salty. Garlic Mushroom burger had good flavor but they forgot my lettuce and tomato. Overall it was okay 6/10. The interior decor is old school diner which is nice to look at.
The exterior appearance was not very inviting. That is all taken away when you enter the establishment. The ambiance is just like a 50s diner. The staff was courteous. My food arrived quickly. It was a decent meal. Burger was a bit over done but all in all this was an enjoyable experience.
