Kfc - Mesa

Ill let the photos speak for me because i cant find words to say how DISGUSTING AND GROSS THIS IS!!!! THIS IS A REAL PHOTO FROM A FAMOUS BOWL BOUGHT FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I can only imagine how many roaches infest that location for one to get served!!!????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

What is wrong with the spice/outside? It was tasteless and gross! Chicken was good/juicy but the crust was awful. Ordered pot pies, they were out so had to get the bowls. Meal was supposed to come with cookies, we didn't get them. Soooo disappointed, ended up throung out most of it. What happened??

I would give 0 stars if I could. I don't expect alot from fast food, but this location is ridiculous! I ordered the Nashville hot tenders meal and we were asked to pull forward. The person in front of us was waiting aswell. 10 min go by, the person in front of us left without their food. Then another person was in the same situation as us waiting outside. About 5 people where inside also waiting. Another 10 min go by and new people at the window where getting food. The person waiting behind me left. Then we went in to see where our order was. The manager who took our order asked us multiple times what we got. An hour later we received or meal that we paid $12 for and it was cold chicken tenders with a drizzle of a hardend grainy sause. Literally worst fast food experience of my life!

The drive-thru was quick, but they made a mistake with my order. I went back, and I received excellent customer service from Dolton (I hope I spelled your name correctly). He was polite and quickly replaced the wrong item with the correct one. He was very apologetic and respectful. I wish there were more people like him around. Keep that friendly customer service attitude, Dolton! Aloha to you and the KFC team on Dobson and Baseline!

The chicken was tasty, but they were out of root beer, so I ordered Sierra Mist instead. I mentioned to the staff that at another KFC, my Sierra Mist turned out to be just carbonated water. He assured me that he was confident in the quality, claiming it would be bubbly. However, when I got home and tried it, I realized it needed syrup, and carbonation alone doesn't provide that. I even suggested he taste it, but he opted not to. I ended up taking away a star for that reason.
