Jimmy Joe's Pizzeria - Mesa

I don't usually leave reviews on Google, but I feel like Jimmy Joe's Pizzeria really deserves this one. We've ordered their food 8 or 9 times over the last 3 4 years. Honestly, the experience was a mixed bag. Great food. Great Value. Crispy wings justhow I like them... but often a little behind in the kitchen, and so so communication that left something to be desired (HS kidsworking the phone register after all). Tonight started about the same. We used a third party service to order pick up and,when we arrived, it was unclear if we were going to get our food or not. There were some mixups, to say the least, but they tookcare of us anyway. Thankfully, the owner mgr was there because I think the night was headed downhill without hishelp presence communication there. Anyways, on a day where the place admittedly had a bit of a situation going on, we stillbrought home our complete order AND the food was 10 10 best we have had from there so far. Care went in and it shows so Icannot wait to go back! In a world that hardly seems to care about the customer one bit, they out here tonight creating ravingfans. As someone that works in business, I definitely respect that. My family will continue to eat here for sure (perhaps moreoften now), and I recommend you all give them a try. The food and value here is amazing compared to the competitors, especiallyfor the quality of the items.

Employees are very awesome and enthusiastic, great vibe in the restaurant when you walk in. Food is definitely priced right for how big the slices are and the quality definitely the quantity of the salad, not to mention the toppings are plentiful on thepizza. Would highly recommend this pizza joint for a nice quiet sit-down for any occasion. Definitely come hungry to get yourgrub on. ????

After three years of getting my hair cut next door, I finally decided to check this place out, and I have mixed feelings. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the portion sizes and flavors were great for the price. I appreciated the option to get a custom slice, as many places just serve whatever is available. However, I did feel a bit uneasy about having what looked like a small rodent near the order counter, and I was disappointed to find a piece of moldy cucumber in my salad. I will definitely return to give it another chance, but I hope these minor details won’t be overlooked on my future visits.

I've been visiting this place for years. A good friend of mine completed the Big Jimmy Challenge and got his picture on the wall, which is pretty cool. We really enjoy getting the big slice and drink for lunch. I do miss the fortune cookies that used to come in the pizza box! The pizza is great, and the prices are reasonable. Be sure to stop by, sign up, and start earning your way to a free pizza or slice!

I was blown away by the size of the pizza slice! It was incredibly delicious, and I had the freedom to add whatever toppings I wanted. I was a bit puzzled by the price at first, but that was before I saw the pizza itself. A big shoutout to the service provided by Brett and Ryan; they were very friendly and exceeded all my expectations. I really wish I had discovered this place sooner. I will definitely be returning!
