Four Points By Sheraton At Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport

I consistently have a good experience at this particular Four Points. The quickest and best shuttle service to Gateway Airport, quiet pool area, clean comfortable rooms and excellent lobby with small Marriott restaurant and bar.Rooms: Rooms have microwaves and fridges—hard to find! Spacious with seating and desk and large bathroom with tub and showerNearby activities: Golf next door. Adjacent Gateway airport. 5-10 minutes from a wide varietyWalkability: Is not walkable to a lot. Walk to good Chevron station or golf course.Food drinks: The restaurant is ok, gets you food without having to leave, but nothing exceptional. Nice little bar area to hang out atNoteworthy details: Staff was so quick to help with a Maintenance issue.

Our July 28-31, 2023 stay was outstanding in every way! The manager, Jessica, arranged for breakfast vouchers since we had a few difficulties with the reservation process in an international call center. One of our party arrived at 8:00 a.m. and was given an early check in. We arrived later and received a thoughtful gift bag of treats. MaKayla and Austin, at the reception desk, were pleasant and checked us in. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms had all the amenities. The breakfast was superb and Melissa and other servers were cordial and attentive! I 'm impressed that every staff member went the extra mile in every way to make our stay memorable. The fitness center and pool were convenient and uncrowded. The Assistant Manager, Thomas Ward, was also helpful in promptly correcting an inadvertent error on our charges. I expressed to almost every staff member the following compliment: On a scale of one to ten, you are a twenty! I enthusiastically recommend this hotel and each staff member. They are outstanding in every way!

We stayed one night in the hotel our first time not even 24 hours flew in from Chicago to take a day trip to San Diego once in sand diego we realized our laptop bag was missing looked on phone to locate the other products in the bag and it showed at Sheraton called and we were told we’d get a call back l. Had to call several times until we were told no bag was there we asked for the security cameras to be checked and the manager nick said it wasn’t possible called headquarters and they were of much more help and we were told they could absolutely check the cameras so we called nick back and told them what headquarters said and he checked the cameras and it showed we did not walk out with bag said he would into it and call back never got a call back so we called again and he had left for the day. Our items are still pinging at the hotel. We checked out at 530 am items pinged at 820 am room wasnt cleaned until 936 am. Times aren’t adding up. Had a church offering in the bag a sentimental wedding ring and other valuables and Sheraton made it known it wasn’t there problem.

Stayed here for 2 nights. I agree the lobby does have a perfume like smell that is very strong. The room and bed were very clean. They also have decent gym and self service laundry. $2 per load wash and dry. No free breakfast and the service was pretty slow. Our breakfast portion was small and pricey.Rooms: 4/5

This is a really nice hotel. Your location and access to lots of different areas, including the airport. Surprise was the restaurant inside had very very good food. In fact, I would go here just for the food.Rooms: 5/5
