The young staff seemed very unprofessional. They refused to keep the Blizzard machine running, even though they still had 25 minutes until closing. Throughout my visit, they displayed poor attitudes and even whispered among themselves about not getting a tip. I don't like to give negative feedback about customer service, but this experience was disappointing.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was lacking; the woman who took our order didn't communicate anything about the total cost, and they were out of hot dogs. Overall, it was not a great experience.

We always enjoy stopping here for a small cone or a treat! The management is consistently very helpful, and the staff is friendly. Give it a try!

A star because when I and my friend went through this drive thru on 04/03/22 at 8:10 we asked for two chocolate dipped ice cone and they gave us only one. when we told them we ordered another one, they answered very rudely before we get him. then they gave my gf a simple ice cone and close the window on us when I tried to say politely that we asked that it be dipped chocolate. we even waited a little to see if she opened the window again to see what was wrong, but they did not. very disappointed :

0 stars if I could! This one employee on Wednesday 12/29/2021 at 8:49pm didn't want to serve me anything other than a soda 11 min before closing like what? Just rewash that blender girl!
