Cinnabon - Mesa

I went into the store and ordered a dozen cinnamon rolls. The clerk took my order and told me to come back in an hour. When I returned, I was informed that they were too busy to fulfill my order and I would have to go somewhere else. I'm very disappointed with this company for wasting my time.

I haven't been to a Cinnabon since before 2010 and they didn't disappoint me at all.

OMG!!! Poor hygiene!!! I was going to order a cinnabon, but one of the ladies working coughed in her hands and didn?t even wash her hands !!!! Totally disgusting!!! She was the taller of the 3 ladies working!!! Never coming to this place!!! 0 STARS!!! Superstition Mall CINNABON!

Said they couldn?t make an item on their menu when our Uber delivery driver went to pick up our order. Also, had him sit there for 30 minutes. I applaud our driver and give a giant thumbs down to Cinnabon. He made more than they did tonight. :

Two nice awesome girls. Great customer service and I forgot my phone and one of the girls caught up to us and got it back to me.
