Burger King - Mesa

I forgot my cheese on my double chopper and they charge 11 cent for ranch although they order something that should go with him. they don't answer the phone when they call. how hard it is to forget! that was about 2 o'clock.

The old short hair mexican lady : the manager is rude, sarcastic, and feeling entitled. The service not so great.

My wife and i got food to go.we live around the corner. We got home and it was cold. My wife and i ate and she got sick and threw up. I fell asleep and woke up with extreme stomache cramps. Might have to go to the hoital. And call my attorney.havent been able to eat since then!!

I placed a doordash order tonight and regretably ended up with a bad driver that was over 20 minutes late and ignored my call. I went to this location because its where my order was processed and the staff was super nice! They listened to what happened and offered to remake my order for me. They were apologetic even tho it wasnt their fault and had my food remade for me super fast. Thank you so much for making this better and the food was great.

Used the BK app to place an order and pick it up on my way to work. My order was ready on time and the quality was excellent.
