Baskin-robbins - Mesa

The Baskin Robbins here is amazing! The employees are friendly, hardworking, and the store is always clean. We always enjoy our visits, but we do have some concerns about safety. Sometimes at night, there is a possibly homeless person in the store, sitting at a table and the girls are there alone. They are polite to the person, but we worry about their safety. We just hope that they stay safe.

My wife took our kids to buy ice cream at Baskin Robbins when our four-year-old daughter urgently needed to use the bathroom. Despite our request, the staff refused to let her use the restroom, claiming they did not have a public restroom. Our daughter ended up having an accident before we could leave the store, and we were very disappointed with the service at this particular Baskin Robbins location.

Baskin Robbins is a fantastic spot with excellent and friendly staff who work hard to keep the place clean. We always enjoy our visits, but are concerned for the safety of the employees, especially at night when a possibly homeless individual is seen in the store. The employees are courteous to this person, but we worry about what could happen in that situation. It is important that measures are taken to ensure their safety.

We tried the all-time favorite ice cream at Baskin-Robbins. We ordered a banana split and a root beer float, which totaled $20 including a $2 tip. Is it too expensive?

Stopped in for a malt and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and the malt was delicious.
