Applebee's Grill - Mesa

I always liked applebee. but for the price, could also try something new. $55 for three of us to eat. with an alcoholic drink on the register card. would rather visit local places. server was super personal and friendly, but could not do his job to save his life. food: 4/5

We regularly come to this applebee, as we live near. we sit on the bar and often talk to bartenders. the service is always good and eating is great. love the atmosphere here as a neighboring hangout. alina is our favorite bartender at this applebee’s. she always remembers what we drink and is very pleasant and sociable.

I didn't know until I took my teller home and nibbled. it in the müll in sure it was an accident, but still yuck had not expected that. we waited here again 10/25/2022 that our eating was freezing, no excuse or anything they told the manager, and she didn't even come to tell us that we know it wasn't the waitress's fault for eating cold, but don't talk about the kitchen and defensiw. they just say I'm sorry and fix the situation, also they sold us bold wings, but it's clearly a chicken delicate cut. 2 strikes too many for us last time to come here. we didn't eat here, we returned our food and went to chili. the boneless wing photo aka a chopped chicken tender is below.

The waitress named allison was terrible. gastgeberin was wonderful. another female hired, a great woman who talks quite loud about how she is the best she has got, and she is the only one who ever does her job to talk badly about the other employees, saying how she is the best she has got and the manager is about losing the best hired. the best employee does not complain that she helps and tries to teach the rest of her colleagues how to do better work. not rant and complain to customers about how bad they are and how good they are. she said she'd tell the manager that he's doing it straight, or they'd lose a hired one. she's obviously unhappy!

They dun did gooder den all dem other applebeeses! Good vibes and service! The staff is friendly and the food is very good ??Food: 5/5
