Applebee's Grill - Mesa

Will not be going back. We hadn 't been in many years but kept seeing things for their Bacardi bucket drinks, so we decided to give them another try. Got seated and asked our waitress about the buckets, there are 3 different ones and we wanted to know what was mixed into them. She didn 't know and said she would ask the bartender. The waitress came back and said they are bicardi with some flavors in it . That 's it, no more explanation. I 'm sorry, what?? Bacardi with some flavors- thanks so much for your amazing description. We ended up ordering 2 so we could try these elusive flavors . They were not worth the $10 as they were mostly ice and very little flavors . We also ordered the sirloin steaks and they were poorly cooked and also had no flavors . Very sad- this used to be a great place to get a good, fun, cheap bite to eat. Not anymore

Chicken wings were crispy like a potato chip. the waitress never checked us if we had to follow the tussi literally. we asked for stumbling, we never got them that our daughter never got her drink until the end of the meal. we waited for our waitress that she never came back when she finally showed up so we could complain that we were close to the kitchen. I didn't even eat and starve, talking to the manager, a black lady she didn't apologize. it didn't seem like she was taking care of. therefore I prefer to eat high-class places to eat these underseeds, have no great ghetto in the did. the bartender is really nice, she was perfectly sad, I cannot say the rest about the others. 10:30 clock 10/25/2022

The command was grounded. some foods had to be reordered because it was never brought to it. I understand that mistakes happen, but that was not a pleasant experience. I had to keep in mind that the food order was correct and also that it corrected the order. we ordered a page of pommes that we have never received. it was not a pleasant day-to-day experience. child-friendly: we went to the restaurant because they have a lot of child-friendly food. parking: there were a lot of parking places. Accessibility: I saw that there were ramps to walk easily into the restaurant.

Would not even give it a one star. Absolutely the worse customer experience I’ve ever encountered. When we walked weren’t greeted, when the hostess finally walked up and we asked for a high chair she responded with “Do you even need one?” Then proceeded to try to put all 7 of us in a booth. When we asked for a table she visibly got upset and complained that a server would be cut if she gave us a table. walked away. Came back and got us a table. When the waiter came to order they were out of multiple items, when asking what else they could do for the items he was getting annoyed. Everyone received their food except one guest, by the time he brought the last plate out everyone was done eating. When asked for refills on drinks they only refilled one drink and had to ask again for more. When we were getting ready to leave one guest asked for a to go drink and he rolled his eyes, scuffed and served 3 other tables before grabbing it. Will not be returning. Not family friendly.
