Kfc - Meridianville

Food was great, I had the pot pie. My friend had chicken tenders and fries. We both got Biscuits. There was a post on the wall that told us the chicken was from Jasper AL. The chicken tasted great and the crust on my pie was delicious.

KFC was crazy busy but the staff was working super hard to get everything out as fast as possible. During the time I was there No one complained about wrong orders. That was impressive, as busy as they were. Our order was correct and it was delicious!!!

Ignored until I asked someone for help at the counter 2 people walked in behind me and were immediately addressed. Food not extra crispy as requested in app. Fries overly salty, disappointing.

Awful customer service waited over 40 minutes for 8pc chicken spicy

I went thru drive thru. A portion of my order was wrong which, I discovered after pulling out of the parking lot. I do a u turn and go in the restaurant. Fast forward to me having a conversation with the cashier because they are giving the food that I left with to the person who ordered it. I explained that as a customer I writing want food that was returned a a customer. If she was the customer she wouldn't appreciate receiving returned food. Needless to say I won't be going to this KFC again. I would think it is against health guidelines to do this.
