My favorite restaurant in Huntsville! The ingredients are incredibly fresh and the staff is very friendly. If you have dietary restrictions, you can easily customize your own fresh ingredients when building a bowl. I dined in for lunch, and the price per person was quite reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect rating of 5. I highly recommend trying the sushi and the Build Your Own Bowl option. For vegetarians, this place is a must-visit, as they offer a wide selection of vegetarian dishes.

The ramen and sushi was incredible!! The broth in the ramen was definitely made with love of the ancestors. Highly recommend. The service was top tier and the food was most definitely hot and fresh and served within minutes of ordering. Parking SUCKS ! But the food is great ! GIVE MORE NOODLES WITH THE RAMEN ! They literally give the equivalent of HALF a ramen pack to their ramen dishes ! More toppings than noodles is crazy !
