Vital Method Cafe - MEREWETHER

This is now Donna and my favorite spot for coffee and toasties on Thursdays. We need to come back to try all the other delicious items on the menu. The attention to detail and love put into the toasties is incredible, and the staff is lovely, friendly, and very attentive. Thank you for brightening our day during our visit!

Delicious healthy eating and a cool calm atmosphere. I had a vege wrap a heart beet juice both were made fresh and jum. great to know that this little jewel is around the corner if I want something nutritious. large supplement to merewether

I really enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of this restaurant. I particularly love the acai bowls that Roz makes, especially after a workout.

I absolutely adored this restaurant. If I were a long-term resident of Newcastle, this would definitely become a regular spot for me. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and it was clear that the locals also enjoyed frequenting this cafe. The decor was quirky and cosy, and the food and drinks were both delicious and well-portioned. I highly recommend trying the Açai bowls when you visit. I also ordered the tropical smoothie, which tasted just like a boost juice and was the perfect way to start my morning.
