Bidrage med feedbackTerrible customer service. Do not recommend. Maybe because they were understaffed but still don't know how a manager can talk to customers that way.
I have been here once before and had the macaroni chicken dish which was delicious. This time I had the Tex-Mex salad which was awful. Pre-shredded lettuce that was wet on the bottom with a cold piece of chicken that had cheese melted on it at some point during its life. And then slathered it with a non-descript salsa. Finally, it was covered in spicy dressing. It was like one big glop salad. The pretzel bites had Potential to be delicious. They had been over nuked in the microwave, so turned quickly into very hard bites with lukewarm cheese dip. Disappointing. two stars were given because the fish bites were delicious. But the rest was dismal.
This fresh, new eatery, the former Tavernette Restaurant in tiny Medway, OH, is an AMAZING example of successful updating of a neighborhood institution!! I imagine there might have been a few, die-hard fans of the original, decades old place, but this new reincarnation has truly transformed this hole in the wall town into a dining destination!! This is not just the only dining option here in town, it 's also IMO a great spot to check out if you 're even remotely close to the area... Worth the drive!! Go for the great list of beers I found a new favorite!! the awesome apps our neighbor 's nachos looked SERIOUSLY tempting!! and their wonderful entrees. If you 're a peanut butter fan !! you won 't want to miss their STICKY nachos, burger, or pizza, which all regularly offered on their well thought out menu, along with great weekly specials. I think their AMAZING back patio is one of the best in the area, and as you sit and eat under a canopy of trees right on the edge of the Mad River, you 'll almost feel like you booked a quick getaway in some pricey woodsy resort!! Great service, reasonable pricing, and worth the drive!!
What a gem! We had a concert to go to at The Rose in Huber Heights, and wanted to find a restaurant that was close but not too close. Not only was the location perfect, the food and service were both top notch. We tried the 6 deviled eggs, prime rib (some of the best I've ever had) and fish bites (husband said they were great). We will be back!
Pizza chicken nachos were outstanding! Sauce on pizza had an interesting taste...really good. Impressed by all the toppings on the nachos and seasoned chicken was tastey! House beer had a lite taste not bitter... enjoyed it! Fist bump for the waitress!
