The management was the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. It's unfortunate because the food was good, but the staff's performance was disappointing. It's really not acceptable for employees to listen to iPods while on the job. What a letdown!

The management was the most unprofessional I've ever encountered. Unfortunately, while the food was good, the staff's performance was lacking. It's hard to understand how it's acceptable for employees to listen to iPods while working. What a disappointment!
