Bidrage med feedbackNew guy by the name of Shawn started working there. Store was clean. The girl Marisa was very kind, sweet, caring. Everyone was very nice, friendly. He makes amazing pizzas, he's very fast pace person. He always has a smile on his face, he greats everyone as coming in the store. Marisa was amazing to my son and I. I had forgotten my card at home which isn't far from the store. I came back to pay for the items. I will definitely be coming back.
If I could give zero stars I would, or negative even better.This is the 3rd time I have complained formally about this Casey’s and no one at corporate cares to respond. I order from Casey’s often, and go out of my way in all of my travel to find a Casey’s out of (apparently) some misplaced sense of loyalty. EVERY TIME that I order here, I show up and they have not even started my pizza, frustrating but understandable if they were slammed, not the case at all… to make it worse, the teenage dropout kids that can’t be bothered to wear gloves, take a comb to there hair or care about customers never apologize, never offer any reprieve, I just have to sit in my truck and wait, they say.. “give us 10 min” I go in, still haven’t started my pizza… I am done ordering from here until I see new staff and management. Clearly Casey’s doesn’t care enough to attract quality employees or invest in them enough to teach them how to be their best. Just “clock in and check your phone at the register, don’t talk to the customers but talk about your high school friends to the other employees”.

Clearly the person who makes the food wasn't having it tonight. My wrap and my mother's sub were so disappointing. Soggy,wilted lettuce, missing condiments and my wrap was missing the main feature the grilled chicken...this is a very bad image for Casey's. I've ate at other Casey's and never had food this horrible. and to top it off the employee was very rude to me on the phone about my order.Edit: also the cookies currently on the shelf by registers aren't fully baked either and it is the cookies they make there.
Called ahead to place an order for a bacon handheld and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived at said time and they had no idea about the order as the person who took it did not enter it into their computers. Waited around for at least another 10 minutes and during that time witnessed another customer who had ordered three pizzas get served one with none of the toppings he had requested on it and they asked to just put them in a bowl for him. Finally got my bacon handheld and noticed a giant cluster of bacon on top right in the middle, upon moving that you could see plain as day completely raw dough. You didn't have to take a bite to realize it, and they knowingly served that and tried to cover it up with bacon. This is by far the worst Casey's I have ever been to.
