Subway - Ames

The people didn?t even care to make the sandwich right and put the wrong stuff on it when I ordered it and basically looks like everything was rushed and when opened the bag the whole sandwich fell apart and the bread was soggy

I ordered through DoorDash, and the restaurant was out of milk, which was fine. I chose apple juice as a substitute. When it arrived, I didn’t think to check the expiration date, but I clearly should have. My toddler drank more than half of it before I noticed it was expired on May 30, 2022, which was over a month ago. So, I recommend checking expiration dates when ordering from this place. It makes me wonder what other items might be past their expiration date.

Lawson was fantastic today! I asked her to make her favorite sandwich, and she created an amazing one for me. It was a sweet onion chicken sandwich topped with tomato pickles and cucumber, and it tasted incredible. The staff at this location are always wonderful. It’s a great spot to grab a quick, affordable bite while I charge my car. I highly recommend stopping by!

I didn't eat at this restaurant, but when I walked in to take pictures, I found it to be very clean.

The process of ordering at Subway should be straightforward, but the female employee we encountered seemed unapproachable. When we asked a question and requested additional toppings for our sandwiches, she acted as if she were annoyed with us. When I inquired if we had done something wrong, she went into the back, and I got the impression that the other employees were intimidated by her.
