This might be the most unique restaurant on Long Island. I distinctly remember feeling an overwhelming sense of joy during my last visit. The owners are incredibly welcoming, offering a perfect example of comfort food. The playlist was probably the best I've ever listened to, and the atmosphere is simply… surreal, almost too good to be real.

To start, we enjoyed the squash soup while my husband opted for the crab bisque. Both soups left us absolutely blown away by their flavors! We kept passing our bowls back and forth, eager not to miss a single exquisite bite. Each soup was a true delight! Next, we shared the Japanese dumplings, which were equally impressive – perfectly steamed and served with a light soy sauce. They were absolutely delicious! My husband ordered the seared tuna, which was of sushi-quality and simply excellent. I chose the crab cakes, and they were outstanding – made with all lump crab and absolutely no filler. These were hands down the best crab cakes I've ever had! Both entrées were accompanied by basmati rice and broccoli. Despite feeling quite full, I couldn’t resist finishing my meal with a homemade strawberry shortcake. I savored every bite of that dessert. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. I wish I could have tried everything on the menu. It was a fantastic dining experience, making us feel as if we had our own personal chef preparing our meals!

It’s a wonderful spot for a relaxing dinner and conversation, and the food was delicious as well!
