Celts Matsumoto Ekimae

Atmosphere was good but we waited 45 mins for food that never came so we left without it to go have McDonald's

The place itself had a nice vibe but when we arrived, because they were probably short staffed, the food came out awfully late and the food was not fully cooked. While we stayed, one of other customers got mad and stormed off because of it. Drinks were good tho!

Food was good, ordered the Margherita pizza, fish and chips and ceasar salad. The atmosphere was very english as well as the food. When we went it was happy hour as well.

One of the nicest bars in Matsumoto, friendly people, very open for international people, good affordable drinks, nice ambient, Sport in Tv and so on. I definitely recommend it!

Albeit I did visit just as it had opened!! Just wanted to sample a pint of Guinness to see how good it it was compared to back home. It was extremely well poured and followed the principles that I assume the staff had learned during their training session! Well done
