Lovely couple speak fluent English. Had a tasty spinach and lentil dish with hot pickles and rice. Small air conditioned seating areas.

Lovely couple run this place. cozy. one they have one vegan set and a veg thali which was vegetarian. service was great. and they were so kind to stay open when we called ahead very close to closing time. parking available. They sell various indian food stuffs too.

While simple (we had mixed Dahl and Chana Masala), the food tastes amazing and the service from the couple owners is incredible. They are so nice and caring, making sure you’re looked after the entire time. I would definitely give 5 stars if I could.

Seriously the best experience I’ve had in Japan. Owned and run by a beautiful husband and wife (and their young son who cook everything from scratch. The vegan curry was sensational and they made me a vegan chai... even had a traditional sweet which was vegan. Even if you don’t come to Matsumoto for anything else, come to support this wonderful family and enjoy this amazing food. I’ll be there again tomorrow night... seriously! (Can only rate as high as four stars because of the app rules but they deserve 5 stars... at least!
