Sate Rembiga Ibu Sinnaseh - Mataram

Sate rembiga taste fine for me, I like it not too spicy, while pelecing was a bit too spicy for me . But it’s just fine actually, my fried got no complain at all. So overall, this satay meets my expectation.

My driver/tour guide said it's the oldest vendor who offer sate rembiga in Mataram. Well it's proven right when we dined there and order the satay. The bebalung soup is also delicious! And surprisingly, the price is not as high as expected. Worth to visit when you're in Mataram!

One of the BEST satay I’ve ever tasted (the other two is in Jogja Jakarta ! Meat was tender and juicy, sauce was amazing! Savory, sweet, but with a nice kick of spice—you get them all. (I even had some for takeaway. Do note that at lunch, waiting can take some time.

One of… sorry, might be the best Rembiga Beef Skewer Restaurant around Mataram, Lombok. Often considered as The Pioneer of Sate Rembiga, the restaurant offers more than that, buch of Lombok dishes are also available in the menu for the guests to choose from. As for the taste, especially the sate rembiga I went for this, when I was here is exceptional, the meat is tender and juicy enough, and the seasoning/sauce used to grill the sate is just delicious with spicy aftertaste. Go for it. As the other menu, I only went for Pelecing Kangkung, also comes with decent taste. The good news is all of those goodness is not gonna make the wallet cries, as the price is quite affordable. Place is decent, staffs are okay ish, and helpful. Definitely will come back again for more next time I visit Lombok again. Oh, and please be advised, that it’s better not to visit during meals time, especially on the weekend.

The restaurant served marinated beef satay. There are selection of soup also. The taste a little bit spicy and the price is fair.
