You know what? I have eaten pasta dishes in the city of Mataram since I can remember and this place, have the best noodle texture in Mataram. If I have to compare it with other famous not half noodle shop in Mataram, then the point of sale of this shop is that the noodle is really good. Its thin and boiled to the right strength. The topping looked humble, it used lapchiong (Chinese pork sausage) and batter fried soot. Although it is simple and humble, it does not make it lose against its competitor in fact, I think I like it better compared to other noodle shop. You can taste the broth clearly, the latschong is cooked, untill crispy, and its not excessively sweet and not too oily. it is simply the best pig noodle in town
