Wonderful dinner on a gorgeous evening. Staff were super helpful and welcoming to us English-only speakers.

The food is fantastic and the beer selection is top-notch. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Very pleasant surprise in Matane! Wonderful range of craft beers (I loved the Matane Pilsen and tasty menu items. We wound up unexpectedly stuck in Matane for two days and ate at La Fabrique both nights. Confusingly they have two locations immediately beside each other. The place on the right as you look from the street is where you want to go.

This restaurant serves the best lager in North America. The beer is really good!

Very good place to eat and drink. We had the Salmon burger. It was delicious.
