La Fabrique - Matane

Lively atmosphere. Fantastic gastropub food -- we had to order seconds. They brew amazing beers! Scotch ale and IPA was really great.

I was told that La Fabrique was the number one spot to eat at this area biased on the plate of mussels I took I see the potential but I can't say for sure .

The wait for our meal was a little long but we were relaxed so didn't matter. The fish and chips was very fresh and good. Tried a new beer from the microbrasserie sélection during the wait and made nice discoveries.

In a trendy and lively setting and a dynamic service, beers only wait for you to accompany burgers and mussels. a very good address to matane at very low prices: I recommend it!

Good beers, food in the standard but mediocre service! after each beer we had to wait 10-15 minutes to order another (while the waitress took a shooter at the bar with... friends!!!)...
