Food Trip - Matamata

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I happened to visit during a special karaoke night, which featured some unique menu items made to order. Even though I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by the options, they still allowed me to order from the regular menu. It was a great experience overall!

The food was excellent! We tried the pork dumpling soup and the pork hamonado, both of which were delicious. The pork hamonado was rich and came with a peanut slaw that complemented it well. However, the prawn dumplings didn't suit my taste. The slice of ube cake was enormous, incredibly soft, and delightful. I would definitely return the next time I'm in the area!

We had a fantastic lunch here! The dim sum, pork, and beef stew were absolutely delicious! Thank you for the amazing meal!

Food Trip was amazing! The food was fantastic and the prices very reasonable. The owner came chatted to us is lovely. They can really do pork! Good parking right outside. This is a must visit if you're passing.
