Krystal - Mary Esther

Greatly improved since I last tried them. The krystals were fresh and yummy. Rated a four because I am not sure about reliability....

I came here three years ago before work. There was a younger woman who was amazing. Customer service was top-tier. She made sure I had everything I needed. She didn't work there somewhere. Quickly recently, another worker had good customer service. She always made sure I had what I needed. I don't eat here anymore, but I always get my niece breakfast before school. The staff is terrible now. Even the manager who used to be great doesn't seem to care about her job. You leave in the order box without greeting for minutes while they have a complete conversation with each other directly in front of you. On the plus side, the food is usually fresh. If she could get a customer service there, it would be a much better branch.

The customers take too long to order n they order large amounts of food its ridiculous the workers are nice ppl but the customers are making their life hard its sad

Recently back in town and stumbled across Krystals serving breakfast now.. plus all the other drive-thru?s can?t keep up.. but I?ve came here again after not eating this for several years.. and I was extremely impressed.. at this day and age all I care about is quality and customer service.. annnd let me tell you that they?re nailing both here right now.. so shout out to the current team serving everyone.. and if you haven?t tried Krysyals breakfast yet, I suggest you do and it?s a must!!

The food was very fresh. fries so hot you had to wait a minute to eat them. Good job.
