Tim Hortons - Markham

Had a simple everything bagel, and it was prepared exactly as it was ordered. I was shocked and pleased. Usually there's always something missing. Everything bagel, TOASTED, not just warmed up, with extra butter, cut in half. Perfect. Sadly, if you're not SPECIFIC when ordering (cut in half) they will not do it. Once upon a time, ordering a toasted bagel, was a given it'd be cut. Friendly staff, order was quick. Only drawback was that napkins were not automatically placed in bag. One must always ask for napkins now too. If you don't ask for napkins, you won't get napkins, it's not a given they'll put them in the bag. Also ordered a few donuts which were super fresh! Well done. Would certainly go back to this location.

I go regularly to this site as i work next to them and usually the staff is good but today i went to buy timbits and i saw one bee on the timbits when he was packing my order and i asked him to check when he shook the tray there were 6-7 bees inside their whole donuts and titbits section. Instead of apologising they were offering me the same timbits and when i asked for the refund they started asking me to donate the money …zero customer service

Worst experience and food I have ever had. When you order ice coffee, they never stir the sugar at the bottom for you, and the bacon was hard enough to hurt my jaw when I chew, the person at the drive thru didn’t care enough to say one word while we need to wait for our food.

Took literally 15 minutes and maybe more just for the cashier to come. Why is there only 1 worker working? With like 10 people in a line. I asked for chicken sandwich and they said I have to wait for 6 minutes If I wanted it. Took forever to get my food.
