Los Chicos Brasa - Markham

Unfortunately, despite our excitement to try Peruvian cuisine for the first time, we had to leave the restaurant due to the loud music. Even after the server turned off the live band, we were still subjected to what I can only assume was Spanish lyrics accompanied by what could hardly be called music.

I can't even begin to describe how amazing the chicken is here. It's absolutely delicious on its own, but when you add the hot sauces, it takes it to a whole new level. The owner, Javier, is truly passionate about his dishes and is always coming up with new and exciting creations. The Yuka giants are a must-try and the Peruvian salad was also fantastic. I will definitely be ordering from here again. (I had it delivered)

I had a fantastic experience at this Peruvian restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. I celebrated my birthday with my family and friends and it was a perfect choice, especially since they were able to accommodate my daughter's gluten-free and vegan dietary restrictions. I will definitely be returning soon. If you want to experience authentic Peruvian flavors, this is the place to go. While it is on the pricier side, the menu offers a wide variety of choices to choose from.

I usually don't write bad reviews, but these I had to, because I want people to experience the disappointing service of my family and I. It was my mother's birthday and I wanted her for Peruvian food as our... Favourite and I had tried Markham location there, which is good. I had called a day before to get my family from 10 to be advised and we can reserve for 7 o'clock. We arrived and the table was not set .. confused with who was waiting ours when the owner took our meals and never came out of the kitchen to check on us. The young waiter who was there did not know what he was doing, we waited for our food for an hour!! And we were hungry! Other table got food before us even tho we were there first! We always asked the waiter about water and drinks for the children. If food would arrive, it was tasteless and not properly cooked. The ceviche was so small the part and lomo salado had no ingredients. Please don't leave here because service is terrible and food isn't so great. We are hungry and very disappointed! I had to bring my mother where I was eating!

Visited the restaurant for lunch with two friends. Nice atmosphere with excellent service. We were not brave enough to try the raw seafood. Both chicken dishes were good and servings very generous. The yucca chips were delicious as were the sauces that accompanied them and...the roast chicken. We shared a dish of cinnamon-based ice cream. We lingered over our lunch and not rushed.
