Hot Star Large Fried Chicken - Markham

I have nothing to say，waiting for over 30 mins and then I get the chicken like stone！

This place needs to be shutdown! Unbelievable numerous cross-contamination. Lady was handling food and cash together. Next thing you see she touches her face and hair?! Extremely UNSANITARY. The kitchen is also gross. I honestly don’t know how they pass health inspection.Please, avoid this place.

Tasted like the other hot star locations which was great. The portion was good and the pieces didn't have much bone so that's good. Service was not great though, they looked like they really didn't want to be there or care about anything... Overall, it's decent but the service was off putting.

The Special BBQ Sauce, I would pass on. It was a bit to soggy for me. The Cheese fried chicken was great. The cheese was only on one side of the chicken. I thought it would be throughout the piece. It is what it is.

Arrived at 7:20, stood there in line waiting to order. They served the people in front of me but when the server eventually acknowledged me and refused to serve me because they were “closed” when they don’t close until 7:30. They were still open at 7:41pm and had processed two other orders since.
